Herren Wellness is a residential substance use, health and wellness organization for men and women based in Massachusetts. Since 2018, Herren Wellness has been providing recovery holistic wellness services to positively impact the lives of individuals and families. Once you are a guest at Herren Wellness, you become part of our family. We know that recovery, from anything, is about uncovering the life experiences, personal relationships, wellness habits, and external influences that lead people to substance use.
At Herren Wellness programs are designed to meet each guest’s individual needs and strengths with a focus on the whole person; mind, body and spirit. Guests are guided through a process of self-discovery, helping them uncover why they are turning to unhealthy behaviors or substances, and given sustainable tools they need to live healthy, whole, authentic, and substance-free lives. Nutrition, massage therapy, acupuncture, meditation, physical fitness and support meetings are all essential program components to the recovery process at Herren Wellness.
Our team of professionals and certified consultants work closely with each guest on their individual wellness plan focusing on their strengths and needs to attain sustainable recovery. At Herren Wellness we walk with each guest on their journey to recovery.
